Allspice

Allspice has carminative properties -- relieve gas, bloating, and stomach upset. Its eugenol may ease diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, bloating, gas, & even constipation. Antioxidants may have anti-inflammatory properties that may ease cramps and aid digestion.

Apple Pieces

Apple Pieces are extremely rich in important antioxidants, flavanoids, and dietary fiber. The phytonutrients and antioxidants in apples may help reduce the risk of developing cancer, hypertension, diabetes, and heart disease.

Black Pepper

Black Pepper contains pipeline which may protect against cell damage, improve nutrient absorption, and aid with digestive
issues. Several studies also show that black pepper acts as an antioxidant in your body.

Cacao Nibs

Cacao Nibs are naturally low in sugar, a good source of fiber, protein, and healthy fats and nutrients that help promote feelings of fullness. In addition, they're also rich in many minerals, including iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese, and copper.

Coriander Seeds

Elderberries

Elderberries and flowers of elderberry are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that may boost your immune system. They can help tame inflammation, lessen stress, and help protect your heart, too. Some experts recommend elderberry to help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms

Slippery Elm is a tree and the inner bark is sometimes used as medicine. It can be used to treat coughs, sore throats, colic, diarrhea, constipation, hemorrhoids, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), bladder and urinary tract infections, and for expelling tapeworms. Slippery elm is also used for protecting against stomach and duodenal ulcers, for colitis, diverticulitis, GI inflammation, and too much stomach acid.

Vanilla

Vanilla can be used to treat intestinal gas and fever, increase sexual desire, enhance flavoring, and reduce tooth decay.

Green Tea

Green tea has many antioxidants that have been proven to have many health benefits, which include improved brain function, fat loss, protecting against cancer & Alzheimer's, and lowering the risk of heart disease.

Chamomile Flowers can be used to treat hay fever, inflammation, muscle spasms, menstrual disorders, insomnia, ulcers, wounds, gastrointestinal disorders, rheumatic pain, and hemorrhoids.

Cherries

Cherries have anti oxidative properties and may help with high blood pressure[1]. Traditionally they are used for respiratory problems, cardiovascular diseases and gastrointestinal problems

Nutmeg

Nutmeg is found to have health benefits, including its ability to relieve pain, soothe indigestion, strengthen cognitive function, detoxify the body, boost skin health, alleviate oral conditions, reduce insomnia, increase immune system function, and prevent leukemia, and improve blood circulation.

Aniseed (Anise)

Aniseed (Anise) can be used to help alleviate the symptoms of asthma, a cough, diabetes, gas, insomnia, neurological disorders (such as epilepsy) and an upset stomach.

Fenugreek
